A Senior Principal at VLMK Engineering + Design, Havlin’s primary responsibilities include project management of industrial buildings on which he oversees the civil and structural engineering and design of the project. He also manages the construction administration on these types of projects. Havlin has an extensive background in the design of industrial concrete tilt-wall structures.

A Stanford graduate, Havlin began his engineering career at Coffman Engineers in Seattle alongside Kevin. Havlin spends his free time with his family, is a dedicated bocce ball player with the Portland Bocce League, and loves the annual Portland Greek Festival and any good classic car show.
