Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative’s new state of the art facility in Clackamas, Oregon will be replacing its current facility in Portland. The new  approximately 123, 234 Sq. Ft. headquarters will serve as their primary office and local processing facility for meeting the needs of the Oregon bottle bill which helps keep Oregon beautiful by ensuring the proper recycling of most beverage containers. The 28ft clear height facility is constructed of standard concrete tilt-up construction with a conventional concrete slab on grade and foundation system. The roof structure is composed of metal deck over open web joist and girders. The building is protected by an ESFR automatic sprinkler system.
