Insurance

We provide medical, dental and vision insurance with options for a traditional plan with a flexible spending account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses, or an HSA plan. Life and Disability insurance is also provided to all full-time employees at VLMK.

We recognize that your membership in professional organizations offer development and connections with others in your field. For this reason, VLMK covers the cost of professional memberships for approved associations.  Professional license fees for your home state are also paid.

Through our heath care provider, we offer free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals and follow-up services to employees for personal or work-related issues to support their mental and emotional well-being.

Transportation

Biking and taking public transit to work is not only cool, but a smart and green thing to do. VLMK proudly reimburses for those employees who incur monthly transit costs. Parking is provided for all employees at our offices.

Profit Sharing and Bonuses

All full time employees share in the success of the company through year-end performance bonuses, and an employer funded profit sharing retirement account.

Flexible Work Hours

Flexibility is important for employees and their families.  VLMK employees may adjust their work hours to fit their schedule outside of basic core hours.  More flexible schedules and remote work are also accommodated in some circumstances.
