Columbia Tech Center (CTC) is a master-planned mixed-use development located at 18405-18505 SE Mill Plain Blvd, owned and operated by PacTrust.  VLMK Engineering + Design provided structural engineering and construction administration for TVA Architects and Sierra Construction for the recently completed 687 & 688 mass timber single story buildings. Building 687 is approximately 29,000 square feet while Building 688 is approximately 20,000 square feet.
