VLMK Engineering + Design provided civil & structural engineering services and architectural design for the Caruso Produce Distribution Warehouse located in Canby, OR.

This new state-of-the-art produce distribution facility is approximately 95,672 Sq. Ft. containing a combination of cooler storage, conditioned warehouse staging and loading areas along with an accessory office space to house 100% of the Caruso operations.

Building construction will include a concrete tilt-up building with panel relief and articulation along the street frontage. Additional sitework to include landscaping will accentuate the building features.
