Spirit Day – Wear your fav Hawaiian shirt

For April, we had a fun VLMK Spirit Day! The staff voted for wear your favorite “Aloha” shirt! The VLMK team did not disappoint. It felt like a mini vacation around the office – everyone was wearing bright colors and patterns. All three offices were encouraged to participate.

We also had a Teams check-in meeting with all our offices to say hi and show off our team spirit! Taking a time-out in the week to check-in with our staff was a fun way for everyone to connect. Team unity and building our office culture is important to us.
