Featuring an attractive curved low roof, this new 5,200 square foot Wells Fargo main branch bank uses brick veneer on wood and steel studs to enhance visual appeal. A high roof area screens rooftop mechanical equipment. The barrel vaulted teller drive through features a rolled standing-seam metal roof. Brick detailing is continued through the covered entry areas with brick soffits and several brick and concrete planters.

This is a new 4,800 square foot Wells Fargo main branch bank. Structural engineering was provided. Utilizing brick veneer on steel studs, the building's exterior facade features a high roof area to screen rooftop mechanical equipment, as well as a barrel-vaulted teller drive through with a rolled standing seam metal roof. Other pleasing exterior elements include covered entry areas with brick soffits and several brick and concrete planters.

BURIEN, WA

Structural engineering was provided on this 2,800 square foot former Boston Market Restaurant that was converted to a new Wells Fargo main branch bank. A total exterior rework of the building's facades was undertaken, including new high parapets, teller and entry canopies, sunscreens, and other exterior treatments. Challenges included upgrading the existing exterior wall framing and existing roof framing to accommodate drifted snow and wind loads.
