BOB LANPHERES BEAVERTON HONDA

This remodeled Honda showroom was transformed into an eye catching centerpiece. The design added a circular prototype design element, a big blue cylinder with a wavy canopy, and drive-through canopy. A stairway and small two-story mezzanine were also added. The building was wood framed while the façade additions were steel stud framed with a metal stud canopy structure. A second level roof was built over the existing roof to economically accommodate the cylindrical roof element. The secondary roof was designed to prevent snow drift.
