On prime consulting projects, VLMK provides project management and construction administration services in addition to our range of in-house engineering and planning services. We often retain and coordinate other consultants to assist with these projects, including mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineers, architects, landscape architects and other specialists as needed.

VLMK's range of services, including Structural and Civil Engineering, are offered to clients on a sub-consultant basis. Commonly these services are provided to Architects, where our practical designs and construction friendly methods contribute to the team's success in providing a quality project for the owner or client.
