A crisp and graceful façade adds visual elegance to this 36,000 square foot facility located on the Tektronix Campus.  Working closely with the architect, the team also provided interior finish designs that provide a visual invitation to customers entering the store.  The building features an exposed roof structure in the retail and stock areas.  These areas include 5,500 square feet of interior office space, as well as a 2,600 square foot storage mezzanine.  The building also features alucobond wall panels at the office entry, display windows, metal canopies, and embedded brick veneer.  VLMK designed a water quality treatment facility and storm filter vault.
