Since 2004, VLMK has provided structural engineering services for tenant improvements for over 50 Grocery Outlet stores in five states.  Most projects included façade improvements.  Some, like the Bonney Lake, Washington project, featured a new trademark tilted serrated facade to achieve a grocery bag appearance.  VLMK also provided structural and seismic investigations, mechanical upgrades, demising wall improvements and coordination with adjacent tenants.  A "ground-up" new building was constructed at the Prineville, Oregon location.
