The Pointe at Bridgeport

Four new buildings house mixed-use tenants in this new retail center.  Predominately retail, the center features a two-story building that provides office space above with retail space below.  Three of the buildings were built using metal studs with open web steel joists and metal deck roofs.  The fourth building is a steel moment frame.  To accelerate the construction schedule, VLMK prepared early steel bid packages for the two story building.  The second floor consists of structural steel and concrete over steel deck.
