Skagit Valley's new hotel provides an inviting and welcoming appearance.  The three-story, 40,000 square foot building was wood-framed using gang nail trusses.  It is built on a pile foundation due to poor soil conditions.  The Fairfield has earned a three diamond AAA rating.
