Wells Fargo Bank – Battle Ground, WA
The unique curved façade provides a visually appealing and attractive image for this new 5,200 square foot bank. It is situated on one of this small city's busiest thoroughfares. Visual consistency in additional exterior elements was provided with the covered entry areas with brick soffits and brick and concrete planters echoing the curved lines. The attention to detail was carried throughout the project. The exterior is brick veneer on both wood and steel studs. The exterior facade utilizes a curved low roof, a high roof area that screens rooftop mechanical equipment, as well as a barrel vaulted teller drive through featuring a rolled standing-seam metal roof.

Wells Fargo Bank – Burien, WA
This successful conversion of an existing restaurant to a new 2,800 square foot main branch bank was achieved with both economic and visual aesthetics. To facilitate this transition, the design team focused on exterior details and the visual identity of the building. To achieve the client's goals, the exterior facades were completely redesigned. The results are new high parapets, teller and entry canopies, sunscreens, and other inviting exterior treatments. Other challenges successfully addressed included upgrading the existing exterior wall and roof framing to accommodate drifted snow and wind loads.
