This distinctive multi-story office building was one of the first three-story concrete tilt-up office buildings in the Portland Metropolitan area.  The building features a stylish cornice, a large atrium at the main entry, and an elegant glass curtain wall in the Southwest corner for increased sunlight exposure.  The building was awarded First Runner-up for Excellence in Concrete by the Oregon Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.  Floor framing consists of a composite concrete slab on open web steel joists.
