Cascade Station Corporate Center

Portland, OR

Two phases were used to build the new corporate center at Cascade Station, near Portland International Airport.  The first phase was a four-story, 99,385 square foot office building, certified as LEED Silver.  The second phase is a two-story, 34,029 square foot office building.  Both buildings were constructed using steel construction braced frames on a proprietary driven group pile foundation.  Advance steel and foundation packages were prepared to take advantage of lower steel prices.
