Village at Lovejoy Fountain

The Village at Lovejoy Fountain is a high density downtown residential project incorporating approximately 200 residential living units over two levels of parking levels.  Amenities include an interior courtyard.  This project, one of the first of its kind in Portland, was built under a special ordinance.  As part of the City's effort to increase urban housing density, this ordinance allows five-story wood framing.  Construction included concrete post-tensioned slabs at the garage.  Courtyard levels have cast-in-place concrete shear walls and columns.  The upper level apartment spaces were built with five stories of light wood framing.
