VLMK provided structural and civil engineering services for this new KIA car dealership.  The 25,000 square foot showroom was built using concrete tilt-up and steel frame construction.  The building also incorporates an office and service parts mezzanine.  One mezzanine was wood framed while the other was framed with structural steel and steel deck.  The building includes exterior canopies and a sweeping curved entry.  All stormwater for this project was handled in an onsite retention and infiltration facility.  The stormwater is disposed via infiltration through the bottom of the pond.
