This new Bob Lanphere Enterprises Renton Motorcycle Store, Wide Open Sports Arena, and Full Throttle Café and Lounge continues the Lanphere tradition of innovation in sales and marketing excellence.  An existing Homebase store was the foundation for this innovative transformation.  The completed project includes a motorcycle sales and service space.  An indoor arena complete with grandstands, arcade, and a full service restaurant and lounge, were constructed to appeal to motocross enthusiasts.  Extensive new structural concrete and wood mezzanines, several new exterior wall openings, exterior stair towers, exterior canopies, and other tenant improvement items were provided.  Several significant upgrades to the existing open web steel roof joists and roof joist girders support several new roof mounted mechanical units of significant weight.  An existing building column was relocated to accommodate one of several arena track configurations.
