VLMK Consulting Engineers provided structural engineering services on this renovation to the existing Broadway Toyota building in Portland, Oregon.  The structural engineering scope of services included upgrading an existing drive-up service area to new office space, the removal of an existing mezzanine, new office addition, new raised concrete floor in manager's office, new front entry structure and soffits, new roof mounted mechanical equipment, and extensive dry-rot investigation and associated repairs.
