VLMK provided full design services for this light industrial development which included the planning, design, engineering and construction oversight of 15 buildings developed over an eight year period.  The 100 acre multi phased development features multi-tenant buildings with 20-24 feet clear heights   designed to accommodate a variety of users with suite sizes ranging from 2,300 square feet to 250,000 square feet. 

Several phases of the development included enhanced design features with intricate architectural detailing in the elevations such as steel canopies and accent features, unique color schemes, extensive glazing and stamped and stained sidewalks.
