This six building industrial complex situated on 21-acre site was built in three phases.  All buildings were designed using tilt-up concrete construction.  To minimize development costs and impacts to the local infrastructure, VLMK designed a regional stormwater retention system consisting of two ponds – one a water treatment pond and the other an infiltration pond.  A centralized fire pump provides a high pressure fire loop system to serve the ESFR fire protection sprinkler demands for the entire complex.
