The Roseville business park has been approved for a planned 17 buildings, totaling approximately 575,000 square feet.  The complex will provide multi-tenant flex spaces toward the back end of the property, three-story office space toward the front, and small neighborhood retail to support users of the complex.  VLMK worked extensively with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Roseville to achieve the necessary permitting to replace wetlands on the site that will be filled in once development occurs.
