Willamette Industries' new pre-print facility was designed to accommodate a custom state-of-the-art printing press.  This required extensive coordination with the German manufacturer of the press and associated vendors to accommodate precise tolerances on the foundations, utility trenches, and supporting structure.  The facility includes administrative offices designed with concrete tilt-up panels with an expanse of storefront glazing which provides complementary relief for the 32 foot clear height manufacturing and paper storage warehouse.
