Pacific Metal Manufacturing

A "build-to-suit" project, VLMK coordinated directly with Pacific Metal, the developer, the general contractor, multiple consultants and the approving jurisdictions from the initial entitlement of the property through all phases of design and construction.  At this new facility, Pacific Metal fabricates and distributes sheet metal and extruded metal products.  The facility includes 12,000 square feet of office, 45,000 square feet of warehouse and 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space.  The project involved wetlands & buffer mitigation, a three-lot condo-partition, multiple crane ways and extensive coordination of the steel milling and associated tools.  VLMK designed two water quality swales that treated run-off prior to discharging into the neighborhood wetlands conservancy area.
