This 525,000 square foot warehouse facility is located in the Port of Portland's Rivergate Industrial Park.  Designed to accommodate up to four tenants, it features a double-loaded building and is served by rail on the east side.  The minimum tenant size is 50,000 square feet.  The building has a 30 foot clear height, 122 dock doors, and 11 grade doors.  The construction consists of concrete tilt-up walls with rigid steel frames and metal roofing.
