Nike Distribution Center

Wilsonville, OR

This facility serves as the warehouse and distribution center for Nike shoes and apparel.  The building is designed to comply with Factory Mutual standards.  Four-hour MFL (Maximum Foreseeable Loss) fire walls compartmentalize the building, and an ESFR sprinkler system protects the contents.  Other project features include a 58,000 square foot automatic racking mezzanine and 41 dock-high truck doors.
