Located in Tualatin, the DPI warehouse expands Eurobest Foods storage capacity to over 300,000 square feet.  Due to the nature of the dry goods product storage requirements, the building was designed with 30 feet of clear height.  Constructed in three distinct phases, the facility now offers 41,600 square feet of freezer space, 20,800 square feet of cooler space and 257,000 square feet of dry storage. The north 60,000 square feet of the new warehouse is currently sub-let to a separate tenant.  The upscale tilt-up building includes a butt-glazed ribbon window system with spandrel glass accents.  A cantilevered breezeway provides covered forklift access between buildings.  The two buildings contain over 25,000 square feet of office build out.

VLMK provided entitlement assistance, planning, architectural, civil & structural design, coordination of the design-build MEP systems, permit coordination and construction phase services.  These efforts required the focussed attention of the developer, Eurobest Foods and their vendors, and the general contractor.
