Completed in 2007, this three building complex serves as an infill development between an established residential neighborhood on ons side and heavy industrial on the other. Multi tenant spaces are designed for small to medium tenants with up to 30 foot inside clear height and individual dock and grade level truck doors.

THE COMMONS AT SOUTH SHORE
GRESHAM, OR

This project includes Six industrial buildings constructed between 2003 and 2006. Phase I included four buildings, shells and subsequent tenant improvements, representing over 25,000 square feet of office build out. Phase II began in 2005 with shell completion by the first quarter of 2006. Buildings C and D consist of 185,000 square feet accommodating three tenants.

Stockyard
Portland, Oregon

The Stockyards project is located on North Marine Drive at the entrance to the Rivergate Industrial District.  The project consists of four multi-tenant buildings totaling 450,000 square feet and are designed to accommodate  5,000 to 40,000 square foot tenants.  Inside clear heights range from 24 feet to 30 feet.  Smaller tenant buildings are located adjacent to the main road with a higher grade commercial facade and truck doors in the rear.  The two rear buildings are designed for more intensive industrial use with more truck access in the front of the buildings.  Building construction consists of tilt-up concrete walls with aluminum storefront windows, wood and steel Berkley type roof structure and industrial grade concrete floors.

Suntech Corporate Park
Hillsboro, Oregon

VLMK Consulting Engineers collaborated with Soderstrom Architects, PC on the design of the  Suntech project which includes a 2 story, 65,000 square foot class A office building and Two single story flex buildings totaling 147,000 square feet.  Building construction consists of tilt-up concrete walls with a steel and wood framed Berkley type roof structure.  Office facades include a high end aluminum glazing system.

West Union Business Park
Hillsboro, Oregon

The initial phase of the West Union Business Park development included three speculative, light industrial buildings on the north side of Jacobsen Road. A total of six buildings were master planned for the site, however, the second phase of development (south of Jacobsen Road) was partitioned and marketed to individual users. The use of m-brick in the frontage elevations provides contemporary relief to the concrete panels.
