Designed for the storage of rolls of steel this 50,000 sq. ft warehouse features a high load capacity concrete floor, 2- 25 ton cranes spanning 100 feet and an interior railroad spur to protect product during loading operations. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2007.

This 525,000 sq. ft. warehouse is 30 feet clear with an ESFR sprinkler system. 122 truck dock doors are located on the North and South sides. The building is also rail served on east side. It is designed to accommodate up to four tenants.

The facility features 2 interior open bays 90 feet wide each with two 20 ton cranes. The exterior yard features a 120 feet wide crane way with two 20 ton cranes.
