FEDERAL EXPRESS GROUND
VARIOUS LOCATIONS

VLMK has provided engineering services on four Federal Express Ground projects since 2005. Three of the locations have utilized concrete tilt-up construction, open web steel joists and a wood roof. The projects are located in Auburn, Washington, San Leandro, California, Stockton, California, and San Francisco, California. The San Francisco project was framed with structural steel incorporating rooftop parking.

PDM STEEL SERVICE CENTER
CLARK COUNTY, NV

This new distribution facility for PDM includes an 84,000 square foot main enclosed warehouse with two 100 foot wide crane ways, an outside storage yard served by a 120 foot wide crane way and a detached sales office. The facility is designed for warehousing and distribution of large structural steel components up to 20 tons and 100 feet long. Two interior 100 foot wide crane ways and a single 120 foot wide crane way in the yard serve for loading and unloading of trucks through drive through aisles at the end and midpoint of the building and yard.

Columbia Sportswear Distribution Center
Henderson County, Kentucky

Columbia Sportswear's 500,000 sq. ft. east coast facility features and automated storage and racking system and 30,000 sq. ft. of office and employee areas. The facility is designed to comply with Factory Mutual standards including MFL (Maximum Foreseeable Loss) area separation walls and an ESFR sprinkler system.

DPI Distribution Center

This distribution center of imported and domestic specialty foods includes a 140,000 sq. ft. refrigerator and freezer building with corporate offices completed in 2002 and a new 190,000 sq. ft. dry goods warehouse slated for completion in the summer of 2007

Oregon Metal Slitters Warehouse
Rivergate District - Portland, Oregon
ELO, LLC

Designed for the storage of rolls of steel this 50,000 sq. ft warehouse features a high load capacity concrete floor, 2- 25 ton cranes spanning 100 feet and an interior railroad spur to protect product during loading operations. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2007.

BAB Rivergate Warehouse
Rivergate District — Portland, Oregon

This 525,000 sq. ft. warehouse is 30 feet clear with an ESFR sprinkler system. 122 truck dock doors are located on the North and South sides. The building is also rail served on east side. It is designed to accommodate up to four tenants.

PDM Steel
Woodland, Washington

Steel products storage and distribution facility including a 150,000 sq. ft. main storage building and separate office building.
The facility features 2 interior open bays 90 feet wide each with two 20 ton cranes. The exterior yard features a 120 feet wide crane way with two 20 ton cranes.
