John Brooks, Principal

John has been with VLMK Consulting Engineers since 1984.  As a Principal, John's primary responsibilities include land use services, project management and construction administration for commercial and industrial building projects.  Additional areas of expertise include: Entitlement Assistance; Site Master Planning; Manufacturing Space Planning; Building Code and Fire Life Safety design; and design for uses involving hazardous materials. John has served as an expert witness for land use cases.  Additionally, John manages the company's computers and information systems.

He also creates elaborate cycling maps for Cycle Oregon in his spare time.
