Brian M. Dubal, Principal

As the Civil Engineering Department Manager, Brian oversees all aspects of civil design work at VLMK including: grading & earthwork calculations, erosion and sediment control, and utility design and stormwater management for both the onsite civil design and any public improvements required for site development.  His department is also responsible for obtaining the necessary stormwater permits from state and local jurisdictions as required by the Federal NPDES program.  Under Brian's direction, the Civil Engineering department at VLMK has been implementing "Low Impact Development" techniques for managing stormwater runoff.  Brian is particularly adept at designing stormwater solutions for challenging sites.

Brian is interested in photography and plays guitar when his time is not taken up with work and family activities.
