VLMK has extensive experience providing master planning services for small and large scale industrial business parks to accommodate a variety of uses developed in multiple phases. Our master plan developments consist of warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing as well as multi-tenant flex and incubator spaces. 

Given the ever-expanding physical, environmental and infrastructure constraints of developing property, we work with a variety of clients and jurisdictions to develop practical solutions for complex site issues.  These efforts include land use planning, zoning reviews, infrastructure studies for private and public sector, and complete development review submittals for conforming and non-conforming planned developments.
